Insurance Aid Services has been in Broken Bow Nebraska since January of 1984. Carol created the business when she realized that there were alot of people falling through the insurance and Medicare cracks. Back then an individual was required to file their own insurance claims. In short, most people were not getting the benefits that they were entitled to. Hence, the name "Insurance Aid Services".

Well, times have changed and the medical providers are now required to file the Medicare claims and they will even file claims with the Insurance Companies that they participate with.

That doesn't mean that there is no longer a need for our services, on the contrary, there are still a lot of claims that need to be filed, and claims that need to be monitored. Many people have indemnity policies that cover things like LTC (long term care), accidents, cancer, doctor visits, etc., that they can also collect benefits on, and we can file those claims for you. We also monitor the claims that have been processed to make sure that they were paid correctly or will assist you with filing an appeal or requesting a review if the claims were denied.

Processing insurance claims is not an exact science and mistakes do happen. Rather than paying for those mistakes out of your own pocket, it is worth the time and effort to correct those mistakes and get the benefits you have paid your hard earned cash for. That's where we come in.
