The goal here is to track your medical bills and insurance claims. We make sure that you are getting all the benefits you are entitled to from
ALL your insurance policies. We work very closely with you, because you will provide us with medical insurance policies, your medical bills, and
your insurance EOB's (explanation of benefits) when you receive them. Once we receive those papers we:
Set up your personal account to track medical bills and insurance payments;
Track deductibles and file all secondary insurance claims;
Monitor your medical bills to ensure that insurance payments and adjustments have been made;
Notify you of any out of pocket expense to you after all insurance has paid;
Provide you with annual reports showing all your expenses for tax purposes;
Provide you with an expense sheet for our services for tax purposes; and much more
It doesn't stop there . . . if there are problems with a claim, or the insurance denied the service we work with you, the doctor and the insurance
company to get the claim resolved.
