What does Insurance Aid Services have to do with Social Security Disability?

We realized several years ago that people who really need disability benefits were having a very difficult time working through the system. Applying for Social Security Disability is a confusing process and its very easy to get discouraged, especially when you receive a letter stating that you have been denied. Many people give up after the first or second denial.

The guidelines for determining disability status are very stringent and they need to be. These benefits are intended for people who are truly disabled.

Anyone who has ever paid into Social Security has the right to apply, and the people at Social Security will followup with each application. All applications are given full consideration. That doesn't mean that everyone who applies is going to get disability.

We're here to help you through the process, including filling out the necessary paperwork, researching and preparing the information necessary to prove your disability. We will help with your request for a review, and if it gets to the last appeal stage, we will be there with you when you meet the ALJ (Administrative Law Judge) to present your evidence. We'll be right by your side . . .
